Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don't ship outside the US yet, but if you're abroad you can still send a deck to someone in the US.

What it costs

Shipping is a flat $5 per order, and free when your order has 2 or more decks. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When it ships

Every deck is printed for you and ships in 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays.

Matchy Magic decks: the clock starts when your cards go to print (when you approve them, or about 2 days after they're ready if you don't).
Matchy Memory decks: the clock starts at payment.

When your deck ships, we email you a tracking link.

How long delivery takes

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after it ships.

Holiday orders

We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date. Carriers slow down in December, so please order early. Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.

Gifts

You can ship straight to the person you're giving it to: enter their address at checkout.

Address problems

Please check your address at checkout. Once a deck has shipped, we can't change where it goes. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll email you; see our Refund Policy for reshipping.

Lost or damaged in the mail

If your deck arrives damaged or never arrives, email hello@matchygame.com with your order number. Our Refund Policy explains what we do (we reprint and reship).
